WE can use ticket for Fun Club Member?

ANSWER
Yes, you can use.
Usually no check your ID card when enter the concert hall.


#3 QUESTION
Could you arrange with regular price ticket?

ANSWER
NO! We handle tickets with premium price not regular price.We can arrange with regular price ,In case ticket box still on sale after selling start.


#4 QUESTION
Why you don't arrange with regular price?

ANSWER
Recently Promotor sell ticket to fun club membership at First. But Only some member get ticket ,not all member because it need drawing. so NOT EASY to get ticket even fun club member. After that they sell to the public with small number of tickets. It's more difficult to get ticket than member. So even Lots of Japanese fun look for on the market same as you. This is situation in Japan.

You can arrange good seat?

ANSWER
No. We don't guaranteed good seat location even ticket for Fan Club members. We could not choose seat location in advance and We have no way to choose. and they will be dipatched from 10days - 1 week prior of concert.

What tickets is EXPENSIVE?

ANSWER
Popular musician and Special Event,such as Christmas concert, Countdown Live , New Year concert. And good location seat is so expensive.


#7 QUESTION
Could you advise ticket detail including seat number before purchse?

ANSWER
NO. Most of tickets will be decided seat number automatically and they start to dispatch 10 days - 1 week prior of concert date.


#8 QUESTION
Do you send ticket to my town?

ANSWER
Yes but Most of tickets we could send to Japan only. The reason is #5 answer. please advise detail of your accommodation we send you.

Could you change another seat?

ANSWER
NO CHANGE, NO REFUND AVAILABLE.


#10 QUESTION
Could you full refund if concert has aborted?

ANSWER
NO.
IF POSTPONED or ABOTED CONCERT/EVENT OFFICIALLY,WE REFUND TICKET FACE VALUE ONLY.
